Payments and Subscriptions

SGNL offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@sgnl.so.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SGNL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content (notes, projects, saved videos) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant SGNL a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Third-Party Services

SGNL integrates with third-party services including YouTube, Google, OpenAI, Firebase, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated summaries will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGNL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination
